EE Perks password not resetting

I’ve not used my EE perks for a while and can’t remember my password, however, when I go to reset it it keeps going back to the same page saying “password can’t be reset, please try again” Can anyone help? 😊

I’ve re-registered, received a verification email to my work email address and then when I click on that and enter the details it says my log in details are invalid! What have I done wrong?!?

Are you using the same email address the verification email was sent to?

Can you try another web browser to see if this works for you?

Doesn’t work and I requested a password reset this morning to my personal email this time and no email has come through
