One of the suggestions from tech support was to get Discovery+ to delete our existing (Free) account which was set up over a year ago and then start the process again. I've just got to the end of that this morning and when I try to activate the TNT Sports account, I get to the TNT branded sign in page to activate the account and after signing in with my BT ID I get the following&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="davel8r_0-1695109500636.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/27483iFAFEB70CFA194BAC/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="davel8r_0-1695109500636.png" alt="davel8r_0-1695109500636.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm unable to switch and despite following the activate link am prompted to buy a TNT sports pass to watch anything. I've spoke to EE who were unable to do anything, claiming that everything looked ok from their end. I've been on a chat with TNT (Discovery+ ?) who don't appear to employ any real people as it's all chatbots (ask them in&amp;nbsp; the chat a random question like who is the prime minister &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; ). The answer from them was to go back to EE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Totally fed up with it now having spent far too long on the phone and forums looking for possible solutions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I cancel my contract due to not being able to access TNT sport ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I asked EE yesterday if I could cancel my contract if it gets to October and I can't access the football. They said no - unless I paid the early termination fee. Seems like a good way to make money! Get customers to pay for something they can't access.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;May be worth speaking to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;technical support team&lt;/A&gt; again now that discovery+ have closed the account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please keep us posted on what happens though. It will help us help others here in the community who have a similar issue.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An update for anyone following this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to log into bt sports app tonight and it said I didn't have an active subscription. I checked my EE phone account and it showed the smart add on as TNT Sports. I tried logging in with my BT id but there was no subscription. I then logged in with my EE account credentials and I now have TNT sports to watch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received no communication from EE about this update&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not happy about the way it's been handled and certainly not happy about having to figure out which ID to use to log in !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, all is good and I look fwd to Bayern Munich spanking Man Utd &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks everyone for your interest and help and good luck with your own issues.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been having the same issue and tried everything to resolve and still being told to contact provider to watch content. Surely EE would have been aware of any issues with the switch and offer full support for their customers. If they won't let you cancel your contract will they refund the add on cost and back date it as I wouldn't of chosen any other add on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
