      <description>&lt;P&gt;Decided to upgrade to a new iPhone and went for the total IPhone plan which I thought included AppleObe to cover my Apple Music as I wanted TNT as my extra. Since the upgrade has gone through, I have lost my Apple Music folder but have been unable to activate my TNT pass. The number of technical errors I am getting is ridiculous for a technology based company!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
