Hi,

I am trying to obtain ee perks for 20% off, however when I attempt to register, it states my details are already in use. However, I have asked for a reset password, and have received nothing within 48 hours. I’m still part of the same emergency service organisation. However my role has changed now, as well as my email address.

any help/ideas?

I have access to my personal email, however I don’t have access to my old company email. Basically I’ve changed roles in the same organisation, because of this I’ve had to have a new email address with 1 character difference.
