Hey there. I purchased an Samsung galaxy s23 ultra in store yesterday and I was told I have to directly go through samsung to claim my offer for the watch and fill out a form with proof of purchase. But they aren't offering the watch they are offering the earbuds. So I am a little confused in regards to what is happening?

Don't worry, you don't need to claim your watch. It will be sent to you home address 15-30 after your purchase.

Is this applicable for August 2023 purchases that benefited of a free watch with the S23 Ultra? I am being told I would get a text with instructions on how to claim however I have not received one as of now, some 5 days after my phone was delivered.

Customers who ordered a new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra between 25 August - 28 September will receive a Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Bluetooth 44mm. It will be sent to the account address automatically 15-30 days after receiving the phone.

Hi ee.. same goes for me aswell I got my Samsung s21 ultra on Wednesday, do I have to fill any forms out to claim my watch6 or will it be automatically sent out to me thanks.

It will be sent to the account address automatically 15-30 days after receiving the phone. You don't have to do anything to claim it.

I received a text last Wednesday saying mine was being prepared but I havent heard/received anything since - how long after the text did yours arrive?
