Activating TNT Sports

I've recently changed my Free extra from BT Sport to TNT. I went to the activation page and entered my number and got sent a PIN. As appears to be the case with some other users, I then got a technical problem message.

I followed the trouble shooting ideas on https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Offers-Add-ons/Error-activating-TNT-Sport-after-entering-PIN/m-p/1288136#M37995 but they did not work. When I tried to go to input a new PIN code, it came up that I did not need to use one. I already have a Discovery+ account, so I went to the page link from the aforementioned question. I logged in, but I could not access TNT sports.

Can somebody point me in the right direction please? I just wan to be able to access TNT via the Discovery plus app.

Please note, I have tried the step by step instruction on other questions on this forum.

Recently tried to get TNT via an add on followed the instructions went round and round in circles 5 phone calls nothing worked technical people are useless haven’t got a clue

Was this a brand new subscription or were you moving from BT Sport?

I struggled for a few hours. Everytime i.put the 6 digit code into my sky it only gave me option to join sky

I then saw an email that I have to activate within 5 days following the link in email

I had missed that 5 days

I had to re join it get a new email and then use the activate

Then next time I used the sky qr code and 6 digit pass it worked

I realised this when I tried to just watch through my phone and that also didn't work

If it doesn't work via discovery app on your phone. Your not activated

Search your emails from EE
