I received an email explaining my by sport app on my account is changing please download and follow the process but it’s not working for me and I want to ensure I can still watch and. Have access please help!

It's been replaced by TNT Sport. Is it that you are trying to d/load? See Watch TNT Sports on EE.

Yes I can download this and have activated through my Bt app but to actually use it it asks you to sign in. However your usual BT log in details or EE details don’t work. There is no options to sign up through this either? Obviously I don’t want to pay because it’s through my EE account. Can you help?

the service is is now run by Discovery+ witch you would need to create a Discovery+ account and make sure it linked now as bt sport app will no longer work unfortunately but TNT Sports is on that app
