Unable to log into EE perks

Hi,

I am trying to log into ee perks to get another discount code however cannot gain access. My password does not work on either home or work email addresses. I have tried to reset the password however when submitting either email address, I do not get a reset link sent

Can someone assist

How long ago did you register for a perk account?

Are you using the work email?

Hi,

cant remember when i originally signed up but i used both work email and personal.

it says i'm already registered, just cant remember my password. i did access it a few months ago but i did not use the code at the time.

yep both emails and all folders checked, nothing came through. 🤔
