I have added TNT sport as one of my add ons. I used to have BT sport too. However, neither app is working, it tells me I do not have an active account?

Good morning @monu_c.

Do you still have an active BT ID?

You will need to sign up HERE for TNT Sports even if you don't have an active BT ID.

This will provide you discovery+ log in.

Hi Katie, I have the same problem got an active btid but no tnt.

Hi James, it says tnt sports account not recognised when trying to activate it

On the bt app it says sorry, there's a problem and gives the code id003

I pat tat sport with ee but never been able to register in the first place it always says there is a problem ...

how can this be fixed ??

Yep, I am having same issues and 3 hour long chats too ee technical help has not remedied the situation.

I am having the same issue. I had BT Sport and it always worked, I have TNT Sports on my plan, but when I attempt to login using my EE login it isn't recognised and the BT one I had says I don't have a subscription. This surely can't be that difficult to solve?

Hi @mormrod79

Have you activated your discovery+ subscription? Once you've done that, you should be able to watch TNT Sports through the discovery+ app.
