    <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to purchase the dualsense edge controller on add to plan it shows the option to pay monthly but when I log in it takes the option away to pay monthly. Anyone else had this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Have you tried calling&amp;nbsp;the &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/get-in-touch" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;mobile care team&lt;/A&gt; by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone to confirm whether this is the case?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>
