Having to move from Plusnet mobile due to closure of service moved to EE 🤷🏾‍♀️ it’s the same company. My new plan has Apple Music and Apple TV free for 6 months . I can see Apple Music but not Apple TV on my account. Also haven’t received any activation codes for either

Only Apple Music is shown as activated. I was sent links when I contacted customer service but they haven’t worked. When I tried to register it doesn’t recognise my ported number for Apple TV and the Apple Music a blank screen appears then disappears

I have been trying to connect the free 6 months Apple TV link sent to me but not working.could you kindly help me out. Thanks

Do you get an error message when you open the link sent to you?

If you log into your My EE app, do you have the Apple TV+ add-on showing?
