BT Sport has disappeared!

I have a smart SIM only deal, which I am not tied into. I have the BT sport boost. I noticed my monthly bill was cheaper than normal, on checking there was no BT sport included, hence why it was £5.72 cheaper.

I never asked for the BT sport to be stopped, any ideas why it has been? I realise BT sport is now becoming TNT sports, but was told nothing would change if you already had BT sport.

Just checked, and it says BT sport is included in my package? So I cannot understand why the extra payment has not been taken?

Just been chatting to an agent, TNT sports is now showing as an extra, just waiting for the activation message
