international call & numbers

I've just got the international call 500 min add-on.

I'd like to know if I need to call any special number or simply call + country code and mobile number?

Also, I see on the webpage it says the 500 min is only for up to 5 numbers? Do I read it correctly?

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

That's right, you don't have to call a special number and you can use it to call up to five numbers each month.

Thank you for your reply, John.

I called them and they said the five numbers each month is removed and the website is outdated. So I can call as many numbers as I want as long as the total number of minutes is not more than 500.

Thanks for the update, we have fed this back to the relevant team and the Help page information will be updated removing the 5 numbers.
