Free Samsung Buds offer

Hi all, I just purchase the S23 I read somewhere that you can claim some free buds with this, it's a Samsung offer but cannot find any further details on it. The sales person didn't mention it and to be fair I forgot to ask at POS.

Can anyone offer any advice? Thanks

Does the Samsung ear buds automatically get sent out with the offer the ends on 31st July 2023. Phone and contact purchased in July 2023. The salesperson never mentioned it but it says online about you get ear buds with new contract and Samsung s23.

Hi team and Leanne, I have a similar enquiry please - I purchased the S23+ online through EE website because of the GalaxyBuds free deal. Phone arrived today (all good!) But any steer on what I need to do (if anything) greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have ordered my new phone on 31 of July but it was delivered two days later. Its a Samsung Galaxy s23 plus. Am i still eligible for the free buds?

samsung S23+ arrived today, I was told I'd get the buds with the phone.

no buds when phone turned up. rang ee and now told I have to claim them??

Yes, you need to make a claim with Samsung at Home - Samsung Promotions (samsungoffers.claims) for this particular offer.

You can also claim £100 cashback and a 12 month Disney+ subscription.
