Apple tv 6 month trial not working

I've seen other forum posts on this.

When I signed up I got a link via sms for the apple tv 6 month trial. I've tried the link various ways and it just doesn't work. That includes being signed in to an existing paid account, and a non-paid account, and signed out, using inprivate mode, using different browsers and so on.

This is the link format: http://tv.apple.com/gb/carrier?p=EE_ATV6Mnull=[some numebrs here]

It just lands me on the apple tv homepage everytime. Tv.apple.com/gb.

Can someone from ee dm me about this please.
