Do I need to do anything differently to access BT Sport now it’s TNT sport? I’ve tried following the link in the bt sport app but it says to try a different email address? I’m lost on what I’m supposed to actually do.

Yeah I already have the BT sport app and have access to that - is it just going to be through the usual app?

You can continue to watch TNT Sports on the BT Sport app but for the best streaming experience we recommend that you use the discovery+ app.

It doesn't I foIlow the pop up in the BT Sport app and then Discovery asks me to sign-up then it tell me my password doesn't meet their credentials, which it does - then it says I can't use my email and I have to use another one.

Can you try following Activate discovery+ (bt.com) does this work for you? @jamdob

I follow those steps and it says 'something went wrong please use a different email address' as mentioned above.

I don't have a problem with just using the BT Sport app. I just don't have another email address.

Hi I have the same problem. I am able to watch TNT sports but whenever I try watching football, specifically Champions League clips, it tells me I have to speak to my provider.
