You don't need to do anything.

The watch will automatically be delivered to your account address 15-30 days after purchase. This is excluding weekends.

Should one have received any communications by now regarding the watch 5 gift , such as an email or text as a confirmation after ordering Samsung 23 Ultra upgrade which was done on the 26th of June 2023 ??!

Yes, you should have received a text message confirming your eligibility within five days of your order.

If you haven't received this, please get in touch with Customer Care who can double check you're eligible for the offer.

Hi .. thanks for the reply .. I have already checked with customer care .. they confirmed as I already know that I am eligible as the order was done on the 26th of June before the end of the offer on the 29th of June 2023 but unfortunately they could not help with sending confirmation text or messege or email !!

There is no official confirmation , just Customer Care chatty talk , because the offer says as mentioned above that it is availble till 29th of June 2023, but they DID NOT send me any official email or text .. It is has been 22 days now since the order .. and nothing yet .. are you able to do anything from your side?!

As @Leanne_T said, it will take up to 30 days for it to be sent - so once 30 days have passed (27th), if you still haven't received any confirmation or email/text from DPD, get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone.

Done all the above & spoke to various departments .. but no communications or any solution yet .. what is your advice on the next step? Do you (maybe) need to escalate further & higher up?!
