Student beans code is not working on pixel 6a contract

Hi,
I am trying to apply my Student Beans 20% discount code on Pixel 6a and 125gb internet plan but it is showing invalid. I have tried many times with different generated codes but the result is the same. I am a new user and trying to get my first-ever plan with EE. Please let me know what causing this and how can I fix this problem.

If your plan or device has any discount then your code won't work. You can only have one discount in your account.
