Could you explain what it is that you're looking to remove? Do you want to remove the ability to be able to use your phone abroad?

Are you looking to set up your phone so that you can call from the UK to Portugal too?

@xavierbelo36172 : International calls & texts to overseas nos. from UK can be rather expensive but EE has a add-on, free on PAYG or £2 pm on contract, that anyone, on PAYG or contract, can apply for to give these calls & texts at a fraction of the standard rates. Before I went on holiday in June I purchased a add in roaming package. I have been looking in your website to try and remove the package now I have returned. Can you help. Or can you tell me that when June ends so will the roaming package. I don't want to be charged every month. Please help.

@Yatesy13 : Which roaming add-on did you buy? If it was the Roam Abroad Pass text STOP ROAMING PASS to 150 & you'll be charged £15 for each billing month.
