There was a technical problem in the EE system. However, I raised a ticket with tech support level 2 and they solved it after 3 weeks. It was a known issue to the tech team and they did their best to solve it for me. Eventually, I was able to activate Office 365 as an inclusive extra.</P><P>I would like to express my appreciation towards the tech level 2 team via this forum.</P><P><a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/335905">@Christopher_G</a>&nbsp; Please convey my appreciation for the hard work of the tech team.</P><P>In the meantime, if someone is facing the same difficulty try to contact the tech support by chat.
