Receipt number, where is it?

Hi, I have purchased Google pixel 7. I've been trying to claim my earbuds pro but it ask me for receipt/ order number.

I have the paper receipt, but which number am I looking for?

The number you are looking for is your 10-12 character EE order reference number - it will be on the email that you received when you placed the order for the Pixel.

I didn't order online, I purchased from the store in town.

You should still have received an email when ordering in the store.

If you cannot find it, then I would suggest that you get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any phone. After passing security they should be able to provide you with your order number.

I've sorted it now, it was the long number underneath the barcode, the claim has now been approved.
