Hey

I am still waiting on my ear buds. I had my S23Ultra on 1 Aug. I called EE to query 1 Sept. Was told they had asked suppliers and I should hear from them withing 24hrs but still not heard anything or received them. Can someone have a look for an update for me please? Thanks
