    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes, the issue still occurs. I can’t put anything in my bag on the app or the internet browser. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded and cleared my browser and it still happens.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I even tried to do it as a one off purchase rather than adding the items to my contract, but even that doesn’t work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;please assist. Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m trying to add a pair of Apple air max headphones to my contract however, on the app it says I need to log in (despite being logged in) and when I go to do it on the internet browser, it allows me to search the item I want but it continues to say I need to log in … despite being logged in. It does not allow me to add item to my bag!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;this has been an ongoing issue since yesterday. I spoke to someone over the phone and was advised they are making changes to the EE app. Is this the issue? I am unable to purchase the item I want, it doesn’t allow me to buy outright or pay monthly. Please advice!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
