How do I get roam further pass if I cannot access it through texting 150?

The link for the roam further pass is not working when I text 150. Is there another way to get it?

Hi I’m paying for roaming abroad for my son in USA but he can’t active by text 150 because he has no service there. Is there an alternative way please?

Welcome to the community.

Are you aware if roaming is active? this should have been activated before leaving the UK by texting ROAMING to 150 or by giving us a call.

150 won't work when texting abroad.

I added Roam Further pass to my account as traveling to the US tomorrow. Is there anything else I need to do to my phone to access it? Is there a special setting it needs to be on to get my wifi allowance? Thanks!

Please also text ROAMING to 150 to make sure the account is fully set up for roaming 🙂
