S23 ultra and it was ordered yesterday. The deal was showimg online.

That is rubbish I'm still waiting for my Ear Bud 2 pro it's 10 weeks on Tuesday contracted 150 got nowhere next thing to do is make a formal complaint as you are breaking my contract.

The phone was the S23 ULTRA date 28/03/23 just keep going round in circles and receiving nothing having been with ee since they took over T-mobile I think it's disgusting the way I've been treated I only took out the contract because the staff in the shop said I would get them I was going to get the phone from Samsung direct and carry on with a sim only contract.

I cannot find information on that offer, only one that ran between 17th February - 16th March. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can access your account and look into this for you.

It's written in my contract that I get the ear buds 2 pro so you can not get out of that just need to know my legal rights so I can cancel the contract.

I called 150 and they supposedly sorted it 10 weeks later still no ear buds I think your taking me for granted I thought it was bad when they altered my broadband without my knowledge at Meadowhall do I have EE broadband now NO.

They've already said they can't compete with what I have I'll not name who I am with but all my landline calls and to mobile and broadband speeds upto 72 for £22 is not bad.

I would like to make an official complaint about this matter how do I do that as I have been misled by EE into signing this contract this is what the banks did with PPI.
