20% loyalty discount not working

Hi,

I have the 20% loyalty discount but noticed it’s not coming off the total and hasn’t been for a while. It shows on my bill but is not removed from the total.

If you log into the My EE app and select Plan and Subscriptions, then add-ons, does the discount show?

This should be removed from the final bill amount @YourActual

Hi did you get this issue sorted?

I've noticed today that my account is the same, I have 2 additional lines and it's not coming off the final bill for either of them.
