NHS Discount EE Perks

I’m trying to register for EE Perks and fill in the NHS discount form but I need to reset my password. Every time I do it, the webpage says it has sent me a link to my e-mail but nothing comes to my inbox or junk folder. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Leanne,

I’ve tried with my work e-mail and, when it didn’t work, personal e-mail and Ambulance Service ID.

What happens if you try and register again on the EE Perk Portal instead of logging in, do you get an error message?

Hi. Yes, it says the account already exists. I then try and reset my password but it won’t send me an e-mail (checked junk too).
