Did you purchase your plan after after July 7th 2021?

If yes, you will be charged a rate of £2.29 per day to use your phone abroad.

There is also an option to purchase a £10 30 day rolling add-on which will give you the use of your phone for the entire stay.

To activate this pass you will need to text ROAMING PASS to 150.

Please also text ROAMING to 150 to ensure roaming is enabled on your account before leaving the UK.

Once you are home and wish to stop the pass then text STOP ROAMING PASS to 150.
