Unable to reset EE Perks Password

Hi, I need to access the EE Perks portal to get the discount codes , but unable to reset the password.

I gave my work email ID in the forgot password form but did not receive an email to reset the password.

Have tried with my personal email ID as well.

Can you please help reset my EE perks password ?

@Leanne_T , Yes..I have checked the spam/junk folders in both my work and personal email and I can't see the password reset email.

I am also trying to reset my ee perks password but the email is not coming through. I have checked spam and junk file but nothing. Can you advise how l can access my account to get my new code?

Are you using the same email address you originally registered with EE Perk? (This is usually your work address)
