Changing NHS email address for EE Perk

My work (NHS) email address has changed but there is no way of changing it on the EE Perk site.

Can anyone advise how this can be done or who to contact?

I also can't renew my perk as my work email as changed.

Tried to change it through the most obvious way I found & it won't let me.
