Any idea how to make BT Sport work on my iPhone? I’ve previous had it as an add on and have it on my new ish phone but even after resetting password it doesn’t let me in. The BT Sport help pages say nothing. Very frustrated.

I get a pop up saying ‘Sorry there’s a problem. We’re unable to find an active BT Sport subscription on this account.’ And an error code ID003.

Do you still have the BT Sport add-on on your account?

You can view your active add-ons in the My EE app.
