    <description>&lt;P&gt;So i recently cancelled a tablet sim that my BT sport was attached to, I then paid for BT Sport as an add on on the same account but it doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I log into BT and the sports pack is there but when i log into EE it says System failure cannot show add ons.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT Sport just says no active Subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help getting this sorted is appreciated&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I would recommend speaking to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;Mobile Care team&lt;/A&gt;. They have access to your account to make sure that the EE plan and BTID are recognising each other.&lt;/P&gt;
