EE Perk password reset

Good afternoon. I have tried numerous times to reset my password for my EE Perks account, however I have not received the password reset email and it is not in my junk email folder. I need a code for an impending upgrade so any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Are you using the same email address you originally registered with? This would usually be your work address, but you can also register with a personal address.

Hi @James_B I have tried it with both my work email and my personal email, neither are working.

@James_B No, it has remained the same since I registered with perks. I have tried several times and I still have not received a password reset email.
