Not recieved my £300 adidas vouchure

Good afternoon, I have not recieved my vouchure from yourself for adidas which came with the phone when I upgraded. I upgraded 2 phones and only recieved 1 vouchure. I did everything for both vouchures but only recieved 1. Please advise
