Hi I've just ordered the Google pixel 7 but how do I claim my buds Pro?

The Galaxy Buds are sent to the account address automatically 15-30 days after ordering.

As in after ordering the phone or ordering the buds? I'm sure the gentleman I spoke to this morning whilst sorting out my upgrade said I have to send an email to Google to claim them? But I don't know how to do this?

I'm so sorry, @Sally196662. I was getting mixed up with a similar Samsung promotion. You're right, you need to claim for the Pixel Buds on this promotions website from tomorrow (05/4/23).

I'm trying to claim mine but iv lost my proof of purchase.how can I find my proof of purchase again thanks

You can use the delivery note if you still have this, if not please call us on 150 and the team can provide proof of purchase for the claim 🙂
