      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My wife upgraded to a new phone with one of the smart benefit plan. We chose the Netflix. She received the activation link but when I log in to our Netflix account I can't change it to the EE smart benefit one. We use a different email address to the Netflix than to her EE account. Could this be the issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Erik&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1161174"&gt;@Erxtmp&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you have done everything you need to do, here is the details from the help page for having an existing Netflix account;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you activate your Netflix Smart Benefit, you'll be asked to enter your email address. If you have an existing Netflix account, make sure you use the same email address to activate the Smart Benefit, otherwise you'll continue to be charged separately for your existing Netflix account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll then be asked to confirm which Netflix plan you'd like to continue with.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That's all you need to do! Netflix will retain your original billing details to use if you ever cancel your Smart Benefit.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Yes, I activated it via the text but it took me back to MyEE which said there's nothing to activate.&amp;nbsp;I also asked Tech to send the text again and the same thing happened.Sent from my Galaxy</description>
