Hi, the laptops link is not working properly. It just prompts you to sign in then sends you on a loop asking you to add devices to your account

Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot buy an lappy online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.
