I'm trying to upgrade my BT Ultimate to large screen. When I text SPORT to 150, I get this reply:

As you have BT Sport Ultimate as a Inclusive Extra you can watch this on the large screen with the best viewing experience possible for just £5 p/m by replying YES.

So I reply YES, then I get this response:

We're sorry. To get free access to the BT Sport app you need to be on an EE pay monthly mobile, SIM only or tablet plan.

Any ideas on how I can upgrade to large screen?

Hi @MattStaten

It sounds like the system isn't recognising that you've got BT Sport Ultimate already.

I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can add this manually.
