Free Earbuds

Hello, I purchased my Samsung S23 ultra yesterday (27/02/23) in store on the high street. Today, a friend of mine was speaking to me about the device and stated that they were interested in transferring to EE as there was a current offer where you receive a free pair of Galaxy Buds2 Pro. I was completely unaware of this offer as I was not informed and did not receive them in store. Am I still eligible for the earbuds or is this an online deal only?

If I am eligible how would I go about claiming them?

If you was eligible they will be sent to you between day 15 to day 30 from day you received you’re phone.

That's great advice from @Gareth43. Your buds will be sent out automatically if you purchased an eligible device on an eligible plan.

My new S23 plus was delivered to my local store.

Thus, will the earbuds be delivered there as well?

Also, will I receive a notification that my earbuds are available to collect?

What are the eligibility criteria... I also got my phone online yesterday as I saw it comes with Earbud pro 2 but I'm shocked to only receive just my phone without the earbud. I also didn't see any text concerning the eligibility criteria when I got the phone. I need the earbud as much as I need the phone

If they showed on the shop page when you ordered, your Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro Graphite will be delivered to your account address within 15-30 days of your purchase, excluding weekends.

I can't remember seeing this. I just click on the buy now button below. I'm wondering why I won't get the earbud if this is not a selection based promo everyone that buys the phone should get the earbud is this correct ?

Yes, the offer was available to all customers who ordered during the qualifying period.

If you ordered your phone between 17 February 2023 and 16 March 2023, your Galaxy Buds2 Pro will be delivered to your home address 15-30 days after you received your phone.

I purchased an S23 Ultra and plan in store yesterday and was told that I needed to apply for the ear buds? Reading the other replies it seems I don't, which is correct?
