Samsung galaxy s23 ultra buds 2 pro

I bought a Samsung galaxy s23 ultra but the store told me that I should apply online for Buds 2 pro but I had to wait for a confirmation message about the re-signed contract. The message came but I can't find anywhere how to order the headphones, if anyone knows how and where to order them please let me know. thanks

They will be sent to you automatically 15-30 days after purchase.

You don't need to apply for them.

Mine were sent 3wks after I upgraded my phone. I didn't know anything about it until I got a text saying they were on the way.

I ordered the Samsung S23 Ultra on the 28th of February as part of my contract upgrade, I was told to claim the Galaxy Buds through the Samsung Members app but when calling customer services, they said they would be delivered to my address within 15-30 days, and would recieve a text to say it was on its way when it was being shipped.

It's almost the end of the month and have had no messages or updates regarding these buds and when calling support, was told that the promotion period has ended, however I purchased the phone before the promotion period ended.

I have seen conflicting messages about the process online and from customer service, could you please resolve this?

You don't need to take any action to claim your Buds2 Pro. They'll automatically be dispatched to your home address 15-30 days after you received your phone.

I recieved the phone on the 25/04/2023 I recieved a text on Friday basically giving me confirmation but nothing to do with it being sent to the courier
