Just looking for an update and possibly a nudge in the status of my buds 2?

Got the s23 ultra a little under 2 weeks and haven't heard back. Cheers

Hey there can take anywhere from 15 to 30 days after you receive you’re phone to get the buds. My guess is they wanna makesure people keep their phones before they send them free stuff. So once the 14 day cooling period is over and you still kept you’re phone, then the buds shouldn’t be long.

Sorry we would not be able to send the Buds sooner than the 15-30 days advised by @Gareth43

Once they have been dispatched the courier will be in touch to arrange delivery 🙂
