Hello can I renew my 7 day add on without phoning ee as I can’t see it to purchase on the app or website any help would be appreciated thanks

Are you on contract or PAYG?

Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase when not connected to WiFi to see what data add-ons are available.

Payg customer I have phoned ee but until the add on ends they can’t renew it and it ends at 23.59 tonight when there phone lines are closed they said they can add it in the morning but then I have no data till the morning

There is no 7-day unlimited data add-on on PAYG; only 30-day.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Hello! Have there been any updates to the add-on renewal options for PAYG? My first data add-on is about to end and was trying to renew it before it ends to ensure seemless connectivity. Is this possible? Got the app and topped up, but no renewal option.

You can add another one through our add-on status page, @misscherylb, as long as you have the credit on there.

hey, thanks for the tip! When I go to the status page, it says "You still have some data" and the options to buy exclude the currently active add-on. Is there any way I can already renew the one that I currently have?

Not that I'm aware of, @misscherylb. With it being a 7 day add-on you'd have to add it manually each time.
