Hi, I got the Samsung A54 on the 12th of April and it's 6weeks and am yet to receive the ear buds. This isn't nice as I have had to call 150 severally on how to recieve it. Please this should be looked into.

What did our mobile care team advise when you called?

Did they check the address was correct for the Buds to be sent to?

Mobile team checked that my address was correct and then it was about 15days. The assured me that it takes 15-30 days but it's 44days and I am yet to receive the ear buds. If I received the phone and the Samsung wrist watch on my address why haven't I received the ear buds?
