Cannot sign up to Britbox

Hi, have taken up the Britbox add on but the Britbox website no longer permits sign up of new accounts. This is because all new accounts must be registered on ITVX website. How can I register on ITVX using the EE add on? It’s confusing as EE directs me to Britbox. Grateful for help please.

Same here Britbox is a smart benefit however it’s all moved over to ITVX so you can’t sign up with Britbox anymore never had any accounts or free accounts with them and the link they send to you is www.Britbox.co.uk/ee but it cannot be used to sign up

At what point are you redirected to ITVX, is it after you have verified your mobile number at www.britbox.co.uk/ee?

You aren’t redirected to ITVX however they have merged therefore not
allowing new accounts to sign up to Britbox
