Free £300 gift card when i upgraded

I was told when I upgraded I will get £300 master card gift card..they first said after 14 days..then after 14 days I rang EE and now been told will be in 30 days...and will be sent a link...still haven't been sent link..very annoyed as was relieing on it for Xmas..

This has also happened to me, contacted EE multiple time to sort it out and still haven't received my £300 pre paid card. Its been well over 30 days now.

I too took out a new contract months ago and been chasing up EE. Still no card
