I am trying to find out my login details for my BT sport extra on my account. Please advise how this is done.

Welcome to the community.

You need to log in with your BT ID username (email address) and password. If you don't remember your password, you can reset it here.

What if it’s on your by plan but you’ve never logged in?

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you have not set up BT Sport yet, please text SPORT to 150 and you will get a link to sent to you to register and set up a BT Sport ID if you don't have one already.

I'm having the same issues.

I've never set up my BT account. I've follow that link but it just takes me to EE's website?

You can set up a BT ID here, this will send a PIN to your EE number, please follow the steps to start using BT Sport on EE.
