100% off early upgrade fee

Hello. I logged in to MyEE to look at upgrading my Google Pixel phone (the 24 month plan will finish at the end of May). I was pleased to see that the upgrade fee was waived if I wanted to upgrade early

When I went to the check out, the fee was still there. Am I not understanding something here?! Is there another meaning to "Get 100% off early upgrade fee"?! Thanks for any help. Baffled and a bit annoyed
