I eligible for an exchange and upgrade on my current phone , when i put in my code for my 20% nhs perk it is saying invalid, does this mean i am unable to get the 20% off on my new plan, thank you

Does your new plan have a discount applied? This can be checked when viewing your basket at check out.

The plan I was interested in was the Samsung galaxy s23 ultra with earbuds, it is £90 a month

The perk offer is not available with any other discount or offer, your account may be showing a discount for you trade in.
