S23 ultra headphones

Hi was just wondering if anyone else here has ordered the s23 ultra

I ordered mine with the free headphones. My phone has arrived but not the heaphones. Just wondered if they came separately? Which just seems odd.

@BazD21 : You've no need to make any claim. Had you looked under the Features section from where you ordered it you will find:

Your Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro Graphite will be delivered to your account address within 15-30 days of your purchase, excluding weekends.

I upgraded to Samsung S23 Ultra yesterday in store and was told I had to claim and quote to transaction number but yet again no mention of where to claim, just a written note saying Samsung Promos

You need to claim your free Galaxy Buds, they'll automatically be sent to your home address within 15-30 days.
