I've just upgraded to the S23 Ultra in-store but they didn't mention anything about the Buds2 Pro. Will I receive them automatically or do I need to do anything.

You've no need to make any claim. Your Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro Graphite will be delivered to your account address within 15-30 days of your purchase, excluding weekends.
